ABOUT US
Sas Damian Construction is a well established and rapidly growing developers’ contractor delivering high standard residential and mixed-use new-build, office PD conversions and refurbishments as well as commercial New builds across London, the South and beyond.
Founded in 2021 and with extensive experience on the team, we have a track record and reputation to be proud of. You’ll find us professional and easy to work with, thanks to our full-service capabilities: from early site surveys, pre-construction advice and budget estimates through to a fast and well-managed on-site construction service.
NEW BUILD
We welcome new-build residential and mixed-use contracts, and are undaunted by complex and technically demanding projects. As your main contractor, our experienced team would provide a full suite of major services, from the earliest stages of the project – including cost advice and estimates, site surveys, ground investigations, and contract programming. Our developer clients rely on us for robust pre-construction advice right through to contract completion – all under one roof, as your trusted partner on the project
REFURBISHMENT
We offer a real depth of expertise in the refurbishment of residential and mixed-use buildings – precision planned projects, carefully cost-controlled and with a high-quality fit-out. Our portfolio includes listed properties, complex contracts, and a variety of projects with specific challenges. For example, large scale and highly visible refurbishment projects in tight urban areas, or Air Rights Schemes that add new storeys on top of existing commercial and residential buildings in London. Our track record is a testament to our team’s skill set.
