The scheme was a fantastic transformation and required new investment and jobs to the area. The proposed scheme was met with great delight from the local community.
LIDL – Ashton on Makerfield
Sas Damian Construction carried work earlier this summer on the delivery of the purpose-built Ashton on Markfield store which is expected to create around 40 jobs locally.
LIDL – Castleford
Sas Damian Construction were appointed to build the new Lidl store in Castleford .

Seraphine Hammersmith Hotel
Sas Damian Construction were appointed to be the sub-contractor in the refurbishment programme for a Seraphine Hotel in Hammersmith
Hampton by Hilton London Luton Airport
The 7,400m² hotel comprises of 188 guestrooms over four floors, along with a further two floors of office space.
Guilford Care Home
We have been contracted to provide further 20 rooms for which we had to do the interior, groundwork, woodwork, framing, flooring and roofing.
