About The Project
The food store building is rectangular shaped with the exception of a small projecting element to the western elevation that forms part of the warehouse and plant area. The building is set back
from, but runs parallel with, Sussex Street to the north of the site. It is set well back from Great Clowes Street behind an area of car parking and is also set well away from Lower Broughton Road behind a flood defence basin and area of car parking.
